<p>The Max Legal-Solicitors & Advocates is inviting applications for two Legal Associate positions at its New Delhi office.</p><h2>About the Organisation</h2><p>The Max Legal is a Delhi-based legal services firm with a litigation and dispute-resolution focused practice across multiple areas of law.</p><h2>Role</h2><p>Selected associates may work on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, SARFAESI matters, criminal law, matrimonial matters, insolvency, recovery proceedings and allied legal work.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Legal research and case preparation</li><li>Drafting pleadings, applications and related documents</li><li>Preparing matters for hearings</li><li>Court and tribunal appearances, as assigned</li><li>Coordinating litigation work</li></ul><h2>Eligibility / Requirements</h2><ul><li>Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience should be law graduates with a strong interest in litigation and legal practice.</li><li>Candidates with 1–3 years of experience should have practical exposure to legal research, drafting and hearing preparation.</li></ul><h2>Location</h2><p>A-58 (Basement), Lajpat Nagar-I, New Delhi – 110024.
